The home cookery course is not one of a professional nature and its aim is to provide knowledge of the alternative and, at the same time, informal way in which the Tuscans sit down to a meal.
During the course, participants will gain practical knowledge of the basic principles of traditional cooking, like pasta, stews, bread and pizza, etc.
The course is held in the ancient kitchen of the Countess and the active experience is delivered in the offer of a small, intimate lesson that lasts 3 hours, in which all participants are invited to work together in preparing a series of superb dishes.
After it, there is a lunch or a dinner, based on the dishes prepared. The only requirement is a love for food and for our land.
